Autotool fixes/cleanup.
* configure.ac: Add AC_SUBST() for ROOTDIR, PKGEXT, DBEXT so they get exported to Makefiles. * {makepkg,pacman}.conf.in: Remove extra / from paths. Signed-off-by: Andrew Fyfe <andrew@neptune-one.net>
