fully qualify remote ref to avoid ambiguity

This solves the problem of:

  $ asp checkout foo
  $ asp list-arches foo
  warning: refname 'packages/packages/foo' is ambiguous.
  x86_64
  i686

Same for list-repos (duh, shared codepath)
