Also made Partition()._safe_uuid more safe by eliminating exceptions being raised.

activated. This is because the default NTP value is set to True. And will subsequently never be triggered through the menu system. So we'll have to activate it (again) if set to True before installer starts.

I have a sneaky suspicion that it's due to USB drives being the destination medium, but I cannot confirm yet.
